Applications for the Knights of Columbus Council 9623 S.K. Larry P. Larousse Scholarship are now available. This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating 7th grader from AOL Church Parish (Catholic or public school student), St. Joan of Arc School, or St. Charles Borromeo School who will attend St. Charles Catholic High School for 8th-12th grades. The scholarship is valued at $1,000 per school year and will be forwarded to SCC in the name of the recipient. The scholarship is for 5 years as long the recipient remains a student of SCC. Applications will be accepted at the Ascension of Our Lord Parish Office until 4pm Friday, April 17th. Click here to download an application.

All 7th graders from Ascension of Our Lord Church Parish (Catholic or public school student) who will be attending St. Charles Catholic High School for the 8th grade in the Fall of 2026 are eligible to apply. Our Annual Christmas Mass of Remembrance to remember our departed loved ones will be held on Thursday, December 18th at 6:00pm. Please click here to complete the form if you would like your departed loved ones remembered at this special Mass. You may also return a paper copy of the form to the Parish Office. Please register by December 10th so that we may plan appropriately.

The novena in honor of the Holy Spirit is the oldest of all novenas since it was first made at the direction of Our Lord Himself when He sent His apostles back to Jerusalem to await the coming of the Holy Spirit on the first Pentecost. It is still the only novena officially prescribed by the Church. Addressed to the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity, it is a powerful plea for the light and strength and love so sorely needed by every Christian. This Novena begins on the day after the Solemnity of the Ascension, Friday of the 6th Week of Easter, even if the Solemnity of the Ascension is transferred to the 7th Sunday. This year the novena will begin on Friday, May 30th. May God use the new Pope to bring about a spiritual revival in the Catholic Church and across the world!. Click here to access the novena.

Please join us for our annual Parish Feast Day Celebration on Saturday, May 31st. We will begin with an International Rosary at 3pm, followed by 4pm Mass and a celebration with food and fellowship in Piovan Parish Hall after Mass.
